We render services to our clients as to structure the best scheme for bidding and contracting with the Mexican government; for such purposes we assist our clients in the revision of the bidding basis and preparation of the tender offers, the incorporation of special purpose vehicles, the representation for the filing of all the questions to the bidding basis, the review and negotiation of administrative agreements, and the legal supervision during the implementation of the project.

Real Estate and Lease

We have represented our clients in the acquisition, transfer, recordation, securing of real estate, including the implementation of mortgages, easements, leases and trusts.
